1.To enter the VOLUNTEER TV, National Fitness, CourtSouth, Shape Up Like The Stars Grammy Contest. Enter at any area National Fitness Center or online at www.volunteertv.com
2 All qualifiers will be entered into a random drawing for the Grand Prize trip for two to the 53rd Annual GRAMMY Awards February 12-14, 2011. Prize includes round-trip coach air transportation to/from Los Angeles from Tyson McGhee Airport, Knoxville., tickets to the 53rd Annual Grammy Awards on February 13, 2011, transportation to the awards, transfers between airport and hotel and more (approximate retail value: $4,400).
3 Grand prize winner to be selected in a random drawing conducted on 02/01/11 and notified by 02/02/11. Judges' decisions are final. There are 4 qualifiers that will each get a Grammy CD of music.
4 Grand prize winner will be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility, advertising and liability release within 1 day of notification or prize will be forfeited. All winners agree to use of their names/voices/likenesses in publicity and advertising without further compensation, except where prohibited by law.
5 No substitution or transfer of prizes permitted. Taxes are sole responsibility of winners. Limit: one (Shape Up Like The Stars Grammy Contest) per household or family.
6 Contest open to U.S. residents, 21 years of age or older, except employees and their immediate families of WVLT VOLUNTEER TV, National Fitness Center, CourtSouth their affiliates, subsidiaries and advertising/promotion agencies. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
